Responsibilities
- Lead strategic foresight initiatives to identify and analyze emerging trends through 2026 horizon
- Develop predictive models for market disruption scenarios across technology, energy, and biotech sectors
- Produce executive-ready trend briefings and scenario-planning frameworks for C-suite stakeholders
- Architect Horizon's annual Future Outlook report with actionable strategic recommendations
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops to embed foresight into product development cycles
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, academics, and industry innovators
- Quantify future market opportunities using proprietary foresight methodologies and data analytics
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Futures Studies, or related quantitative/social science field
- Minimum 7 years experience in trend analysis, strategic planning, or futures research
- Proven track record of developing and implementing foresight methodologies for Fortune 500 clients
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and systemic trend analysis frameworks
- Advanced proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and predictive modeling
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex insights into executive strategy
- Published thought leadership in futures research or innovation strategy (portfolio required)
