- Mentor junior developers and engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Collaborate with product managers to translate complex business requirements into robust technical solutions.
- Conduct research and proof-of-concepts for emerging technologies (e.g., Neural Interfaces, Edge Computing).
- Drive the adoption of cloud-native technologies to enhance system resilience.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with a focus on AI/ML.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and modern cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Proven experience in designing Large Language Models (LLMs) or Generative AI applications.
- Strong understanding of quantum computing principles and their application in real-world scenarios.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Physics, or a related technical field.
- Experience with agile methodologies and rapid prototyping.
