Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain comprehensive trend analysis frameworks for 2026+ technological and societal shifts
- Lead scenario-planning workshops to prepare the organization for disruptive futures
- Produce high-impact foresight reports and executive briefings on emerging technologies
- Partner with R&D teams to translate future insights into innovative product roadmaps
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and research labs
- Present future outlooks to board members and industry conferences
- Mentor junior futurists and build organizational foresight capabilities
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurism role
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial outcomes
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, biotech, quantum computing)
- Exceptional communication skills for executive-level presentations
- Published research in futures or innovation journals preferred
- Experience with Delphi methodology and foresight modeling tools
