Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology foresight strategy across AI, quantum computing, and biotech domains
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen human-computer interfaces
- Present strategic vision to C-suite and board of directors quarterly
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and research labs
- Author white papers and thought leadership pieces on emerging tech trends
- Mentor junior futurists and innovation specialists
- Monitor geopolitical shifts impacting technology adoption timelines
Qualifications
- PhD in Future Studies, Cognitive Science, or related field with 8+ years experience
- Proven track record in commercializing emerging technologies
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, AGI ethics, neurotech
- Exceptional systems thinking and scenario planning abilities
- Published author in peer-reviewed futurist journals
- Experience with foresight methodologies (Delphi, Horizon Scanning)
- Fluency in Mandarin or Arabic preferred
- Portfolio of implemented future-vision projects
