Responsibilities

- Develop and publish strategic foresight reports and scenario-planning frameworks
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future visions
- Build and maintain a network of industry experts, academics, and thought leaders
- Translate complex insights into actionable business strategies for executive leadership
- Monitor and analyze disruptive forces across AI, biotech, climate tech, and digital transformation

Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futuristics, Strategic Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- 8+ years of experience in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or corporate strategy
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-focused roadmaps
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to synthesize complex insights for diverse audiences
- Strong proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and research databases
