- Lead cross-functional workshops to synthesize stakeholder visions
- Produce high-impact scenario planning reports and executive briefings
- Partner with R&D to prototype future-facing solutions
- Establish KPIs for future-readiness and innovation adoption
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or futures research
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Deep expertise in AI/ML, quantum computing, or climate tech ecosystems
- Proven track record of C-suite advisory experience
- Exceptional storytelling and visualization capabilities
- Published thought leadership in futurism or tech ethics
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies (Delphi, Horizon Scanning)
