Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic foresight frameworks for 2026 technology adoption and societal shifts
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify and prioritize emerging opportunities in AI, biotech, and quantum computing
- Produce visionary reports and scenario analyses for executive decision-making
- Partner with product teams to integrate future-proofing principles into R&D roadmaps
- Establish external thought leadership through keynote speaking, white papers, and industry panels
- Mentor junior futurists and build a robust foresight methodology within the organization
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Strategy, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of developing and deploying future-oriented frameworks for Fortune 500 companies
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (AI, quantum, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights
- Experience facilitating executive-level workshops and scenario planning sessions
- Published thought leadership in futurism or technology journals
