Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the 2026 strategic vision framework using scenario planning and trend analysis
- Lead workshops with C-suite executives to align organizational priorities with future opportunities
- Produce high-impact foresight reports on emerging technologies, societal shifts, and market disruptions
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype future-focused products and services
- Establish KPIs for future-readiness and track progress against long-term strategic goals
- Represent the company at global futurist conferences and thought leadership platforms
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 10+ years experience in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist roles
- Proven track record of developing and implementing 5-10 year strategic roadmaps
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Exceptional presentation skills with experience to executive audiences
- Published author or speaker at global futurism/innovation events
- Proficiency in foresight tools (e.g., Causal Layered Analysis, Delphi Method)
