- Analyze emerging tech trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech) for strategic alignment
- Collaborate with R&D to prototype next-generation solutions
- Produce annual Future State reports for investor and board communications
- Mentor junior futurists in trend synthesis and strategic storytelling
- Represent company at global innovation forums and future-focused summits
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or tech R&D leadership
- Proven track record of translating future trends into commercial strategies
- Expertise in scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Business Strategy, or relevant technical field
- Published thought leadership on technological disruption (papers/whitepapers)
- Experience with AI-driven trend analysis platforms (e.g., Trendalyzer, Palantir)
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Futures Thinking preferred
