- Develop strategic foresight frameworks and scenario-planning models for Fortune 500 clients
- Lead high-stakes workshops with executive teams to align on future-ready strategies
- Produce thought leadership content including whitepapers, keynote presentations, and predictive reports
- Build and manage a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Quantify long-term risks and opportunities using advanced data analytics and AI-driven tools
- Mentor junior futurists and drive innovation in our foresight methodology
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused technology leadership
- Proven track record of developing and implementing 5-10 year strategic vision frameworks
- Expertise in AI, quantum computing, biotech, or climate tech trends
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive-level experience
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry publications
- Fluency in scenario-planning methodologies (e.g., Delphi, Horizon Scanning)
- Experience leading global remote teams across multiple time zones
