Responsibilities
- Develop and execute multi-year strategic foresight frameworks for 2026+ scenarios
- Lead cross-functional workshops identifying disruptive technologies and societal shifts
- Produce high-impact trend reports and scenario-planning documents for executive stakeholders
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype future-focused solutions and validate market readiness
- Establish thought leadership through industry publications and conference speaking engagements
- Mentor junior futurists while building an internal foresight knowledge repository
- Analyze geopolitical and socioeconomic variables affecting long-term innovation trajectories
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field with 8+ years experience
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial innovation strategies
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies (quantum computing, biotech, Web3.0)
- Exceptional communication skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Portfolio demonstrating published futurist work or implemented innovation frameworks
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFIP) preferred
- Experience leading global teams across diverse cultural and industry contexts
