Responsibilities
- Develop and publish annual 2026 strategic foresight reports with quantifiable impact scenarios
- Lead cross-functional workshops to map disruptive trends across AI, biotech, and quantum computing
- Design horizon-scanning frameworks identifying 200+ emerging signals quarterly
- Partner with R&D to prototype future-proof solutions with 5-year commercialization pipelines
- Present findings to investors and board members using immersive data visualizations
- Mentor junior futurists using proprietary foresight methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or equivalent experience
- Proven track record of publishing trend analyses with industry-wide adoption
- Expertise in scenario planning and system dynamics modeling
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Proficiency in foresight tools (e.g., Horizon Scanning Platform, Delphi Method)
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ implemented future-strategy initiatives
