Responsibilities

- Lead scenario-planning workshops for C-suite executives and board members
- Author white papers and trend briefs published in top industry journals
- Design and implement innovation pipelines for emerging markets
- Partner with R&D to translate foresight into commercial opportunities
- Present at Davos-level conferences and thought leadership summits
- Mentor a team of junior futurists and cross-functional innovation leads
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future studies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Proven track record of forecasting market disruptions with 85%+ accuracy
- Published thought leader with 50+ industry citations or patents
- Expertise in quantitative trend modeling and qualitative scenario analysis
- Experience advising C-suite executives on long-term strategy
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Certification in Futures methodologies (e.g., CFP, SFI)
