Responsibilities
- Develop and publish annual 2026 technology impact reports with actionable foresight
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify disruptive opportunities in AI, biotech, and space exploration
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype next-generation human-machine interfaces
- Establish strategic alliances with academic institutions and government innovation labs
- Create scenario planning frameworks for quantum adoption and climate-tech convergence
- Mentor junior futurists while maintaining thought leadership through keynotes and publications
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging technology research
- Proven track record of publishing industry-defining trend reports (2018-2025)
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI ethics, quantum computing, or climate-tech
- Experience leading cross-continental innovation teams with C-suite stakeholders
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Portfolio demonstrating successful technology commercialization from concept to market
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies (e.g., Delphi, Horizon Scanning)
