Responsibilities
- Design and execute 5-year strategic foresight programs for 2026 market evolution
- Develop scenario-based frameworks for emerging tech disruptions (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering, product, and design teams
- Present future-vision insights to executive stakeholders and industry forums
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, academics, and tech pioneers
- Translate foresight outputs into product roadmaps and investment priorities
- Publish thought leadership on future trends and paradigm shifts
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record developing multi-year future-vision frameworks
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI/ML, blockchain, AR/VR, quantum computing)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Exceptional storytelling and data visualization capabilities
- Experience with scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Portfolio demonstrating future-vision projects (published reports, patents, or products)
- Fluency in foresight tools (Horizon scanning, Delphi method, STEEP analysis)
