Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive 2026 technology foresight framework through horizon scanning and trend analysis
- Produce high-impact scenario planning documents for board-level decision-making
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future opportunities and risks
- Establish quantitative/qualitative metrics for tracking emerging technology adoption curves
- Author thought leadership publications and keynote presentations at global forums
- Manage relationships with academic institutions and innovation ecosystems
- Integrate foresight outputs into product roadmaps and corporate strategy
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused R&D
- Proven track record of developing multi-year technology roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or relevant technical field
- Expertise in AI, quantum computing, biotechnology, or climate tech verticals
- Exceptional data visualization and storytelling capabilities for complex concepts
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., Shell Foresight, Futures Wheel)
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry publications
