Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis for 2026+ technological and societal disruptions
- Develop strategic foresight frameworks and scenario-planning models for executive leadership
- Collaborate with R&D, product, and policy teams to integrate future insights
- Present compelling future-vision narratives to C-suite and external stakeholders
- Author thought leadership publications and keynote presentations at global forums
- Build and mentor a high-impact futurist research team
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology trend analysis
- Proven track record of publishing future-vision frameworks or scenario models
- Expertise in AI, biotech, climate tech, or quantum computing disruption vectors
- Exceptional data storytelling and visualization capabilities
- Experience leading cross-functional teams through complex strategic initiatives
- Strong network within futurist, tech, and policy communities
