Responsibilities

- Produce cutting-edge trend reports and scenario analyses for emerging technologies
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype next-gen human-AI interfaces
- Represent company vision at global futurism conferences and industry summits
- Mentor junior futurists and establish departmental KPIs for innovation impact
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or futurism leadership
- Proven track record of translating future trends into commercial opportunities
- Expertise in emerging tech: quantum computing, neural interfaces, or decentralized systems
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed futurism journals
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Certified Futurist (CF) designation preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating 2025+ technology impact scenarios
