Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 technology foresight frameworks using horizon scanning and scenario planning
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify disruptive trends in AI, quantum computing, and biotechnology
- Produce high-impact strategic reports for executive stakeholders and board members
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and R&D labs to pioneer emerging tech
- Design innovation roadmaps aligning with ESG and sustainable development goals
- Mentor junior futurists and build foresight capabilities across the organization
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging technology leadership
- Proven track record of developing and implementing 5+ year technology roadmaps
- Expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI/ML, quantum, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive-level communication abilities
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, or related field
- Published research or thought leadership in technology foresight
