As a key member of our Future Strategy division, you'll collaborate with C-suite executives, research labs, and global partners to identify emerging paradigms. Your insights will directly influence product development, investment decisions, and industry standards.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the 2026 technology foresight framework through horizon scanning, trend analysis, and scenario planning
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate future visions into actionable R&D priorities
- Produce strategic whitepapers on disruptive technologies (quantum computing, neuro interfaces, climate tech)
- Build and manage a global network of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers
- Present executive briefings on emerging threats and opportunities in the 2026 tech landscape
- Oversee the implementation of ethical guardrails for next-gen AI systems
- Drive innovation sprints focused on human-centric design solutions
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation consulting, or futurism research
- Proven track record of publishing industry-shaping foresight reports
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, biotech, AI, climate)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Exceptional storytelling and presentation skills for executive audiences
- Experience leading global research initiatives with Fortune 500 partners
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., from APF or Foresight Network)
- Portfolio of published future scenarios or technology roadmaps
