Responsibilities
- Lead strategic foresight initiatives mapping 2026 technology trends across AI, biotech, and quantum computing
- Develop predictive models for emerging market disruptions and regulatory frameworks
- Partner with C-suite executives to integrate future-ready solutions into product roadmaps
- Present visionary frameworks to Fortune 500 clients and global policymakers
- Manage cross-functional innovation labs with $2M+ annual R&D budgets
- Publish thought leadership in top-tier tech journals and industry forums
- Mentor next-generation futurists through our internal incubation program
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Strategy, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in technology forecasting or strategic innovation roles
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, neurotech, or climate tech
- Exceptional data visualization and scenario planning capabilities
- Published author or keynote speaker at major tech conferences (TED, Web Summit, etc.)
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies (Horizon Scanning, Delphi Method)
- Fluency in strategic forecasting tools (e.g., Gartner Magic Quadrant, Forrester Wave)
