As a Senior Futurist, you'll leverage predictive analytics, scenario planning, and market intelligence to identify disruptive opportunities across sectors. This role requires deep technological foresight combined with business acumen to translate future possibilities into actionable strategies.
Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (quantum, AI, biotech, AR/VR) to forecast 2026 market disruptions
- Develop predictive models using machine learning and big data analytics
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to integrate future scenarios into corporate strategy
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on technology roadmaps
- Produce executive briefings and whitepapers on future technology adoption
- Build and maintain a global network of innovators and thought leaders
- Represent the company at industry conferences and future-focused summits
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Forecasting, Futures Studies, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, biotech, etc.)
- Proven track record of translating future insights into market opportunities
- Strong data visualization and scenario planning skills
- Exceptional communication with ability to influence executive decision-makers
- Published thought leadership in technology or innovation journals
- Experience with predictive analytics tools and trend-mapping platforms
