Responsibilities
- Architect 2026+ technology roadmaps by analyzing emerging AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence trends
- Lead scenario-planning workshops for Fortune 500 clients on disruptive innovation impacts
- Develop patent-pending frameworks for ethical AI deployment and digital sovereignty
- Manage $5M+ R&D portfolio with agile methodologies and KPI-driven optimization
- Pioneer human-AI collaboration models for enterprise productivity transformation
- Present strategic foresight findings at Davos and CES-level industry forums
- Mentor innovation teams in speculative design and rapid prototyping methodologies
Qualifications
- PhD in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or equivalent with 8+ years applied experience
- Proven track record in commercializing emerging technologies (3+ product launches)
- Expertise in technology forecasting models (Delphi, Horizon Scanning, S-curves)
- Published thought leadership in IEEE Spectrum or Nature Futures journal
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (ACSF) and Agile Innovation (LEI)
- Fluency in Python, R, and TensorFlow for trend simulation and modeling
- Experience securing SBIR grants and DARPA partnerships
