Responsibilities
- Develop predictive models for technological convergence in 2026+ ecosystems
- Lead cross-functional workshops with C-suite executives to future-proof organizational strategy
- Author white papers on disruptive forces (quantum computing, synthetic biology, neuro interfaces)
- Partner with venture capital arms to identify paradigm-shifting startups
- Design scenario-planning frameworks for geopolitical and climate volatility
- Mentor next-generation futurists through our Future Leaders program
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Published research in peer-reviewed futures studies journals (e.g., Futures, Technological Forecasting)
- Expertise in systems thinking and complex adaptive systems modeling
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies (Delphi, Horizon Scanning, Cross-Impact Matrices)
- Track record advising Fortune 500 boards on transformational strategy
- PhD in Futures Studies, Systems Science, or equivalent demonstrable expertise
- Fluency in emerging tech stack (Python, TensorFlow, GPT-4 API integration)
