Responsibilities

- Develop predictive models using AI/ML to forecast technological adoption patterns
- Architect immersive prototypes integrating AR/VR, quantum computing, and neuromorphic systems
- Present visionary roadmaps to C-suite executives and key stakeholders
- Manage a team of specialists in emerging technologies and human-computer interaction
- Secure partnerships with research institutions and tech innovators
- Drive innovation workshops and hackathons to generate breakthrough concepts
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Human-Computer Interaction, or Futurist Studies (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in technology innovation or R&D leadership roles
- Proven expertise in emerging technologies: quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, spatial computing
- Experience with predictive modeling and scenario planning methodologies
- Strong background in human-centered design and UX research
- Published thought leadership in futurism or technology innovation
- Track record of launching transformative products or platforms
- Certification in Futures Studies or Strategic Foresight (preferred)
