Responsibilities
- Lead horizon-scanning initiatives to identify emerging technologies and societal shifts impacting 2026
- Develop strategic roadmaps for human-AI integration in healthcare and manufacturing sectors
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype next-gen interfaces using AR/VR and brain-computer interfaces
- Author thought leadership publications on ethical AI deployment and digital sovereignty
- Coordinate with global innovation hubs to validate future scenarios through cross-cultural analysis
- Advocate for sustainable technology practices in quantum computing and biotech development
- Mentor junior futurists using our proprietary Futurecraft methodology
Qualifications
- 10+ years in futurism, strategic foresight, or technology innovation leadership
- Proven track record of developing actionable future scenarios for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in emerging technologies: quantum computing, synthetic biology, and neurotech
- Published author in peer-reviewed journals or industry publications on future trends
- PhD or equivalent in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Proficiency in scenario planning tools (e.g., Causal Layered Analysis, Delphi method)
- Experience leading cross-functional teams across 3+ continents
- Fluency in English with additional languages preferred
