Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technological and societal trends to inform 2026 product roadmaps
- Develop predictive models using machine learning for market disruption forecasting

- Produce high-impact foresight reports and scenario planning documents
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype next-generation solutions
- Represent company at global innovation forums and thought leadership summits
- Mentor junior futurists and build foresight capabilities across the organization
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futurology, Systems Thinking, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or tech R&D
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Strong background in AI/ML ethics, quantum computing, or sustainable tech
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial products
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive-level communication abilities
- Published thought leadership in futurism or technology innovation
- Experience with foresight tools like Delphi method or causal layered analysis
