Responsibilities
- Develop and Execute the 2026 Roadmap: Create a comprehensive technology strategy that aligns with business objectives and anticipates industry trends.
- Lead AI & Automation Integration: Spearhead initiatives to integrate generative AI and predictive analytics into core business processes.
- Emerging Tech Evaluation: Identify and assess high-potential emerging technologies (e.g., Neuromorphic Computing, Edge AI) for competitive advantage.
- Strategic Partnerships: Establish and manage relationships with key tech vendors, startups, and academic research institutions.
- Future Lab Management: Oversee the "Future Lab" initiative, fostering a culture of experimentation and rapid prototyping.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with product, engineering, and executive teams to ensure technical feasibility and alignment.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years in Strategic Technology Planning, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Roadmap Mastery: Proven track record of defining and delivering multi-year technology roadmaps in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Cloud Architecture, and Blockchain technologies.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies for stakeholders.
- Networking: Strong network within the Silicon Valley innovation ecosystem.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Administration (MBA preferred).
