Responsibilities
- Architect 2026 Systems: Design scalable, secure, and futuristic software architectures that integrate emerging quantum computing paradigms with traditional cloud infrastructure.
- R&D Leadership: Spearhead research initiatives to predict and implement technology trends specific to the 2026 market cycle, including advanced generative AI models.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, engineers, and data scientists to translate futuristic concepts into tangible, deployable roadmaps.
- Code Review & Mentorship: Establish coding standards for next-gen technologies and mentor a team of elite engineers pushing the boundaries of current technology.
- Strategic Planning: Identify potential risks in futuristic tech stacks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure 99.99% uptime for critical systems.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Physics, or a related field (PhD preferred) with a focus on AI, Machine Learning, or Quantum Information.
- Experience: Minimum of 7 years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years in a leadership role directing high-level technical strategy.
- Technical Stack: Deep proficiency in Python, Rust, and distributed systems. Familiarity with quantum computing libraries (Qiskit, Cirq) is a significant advantage.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to solve complex, abstract problems where standard solutions do not exist.
- Communication: Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and secure buy-in for high-risk, high-reward projects.
