- Emerging Tech Integration: Research, prototype, and integrate cutting-edge technologies such as Generative AI, Quantum Readiness, and Advanced Edge Computing.
- Architecture Design: Design scalable, secure, and high-performance system architectures capable of supporting future-scale demands.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a team of engineers and product designers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies for executive leadership and external partners.
- Predictive Analytics: Utilize data-driven insights to anticipate market shifts and technological disruptions.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field; Master’s degree is a plus.
- Experience: Minimum of 8+ years of experience in software architecture, product strategy, or emerging technology research.
- Tech Stack: Proficiency in Python, Go, or Rust; experience with Cloud Infrastructure (AWS/Azure) and Containerization (Kubernetes/Docker).
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and managing complex projects from conception to deployment.
- Innovation Mindset: Demonstrated ability to identify trends before they become mainstream and prototype viable solutions.
