Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Technology Roadmap: Lead the strategic vision for emerging technologies, specifically focusing on Agentic AI, Quantum-ready architectures, and Edge Computing integration.
- Architect Scalable Solutions: Design and oversee the implementation of complex, scalable software systems that support rapid business growth and high-traffic environments.
- Lead Innovation Labs: Spearhead internal research and development initiatives to prototype futuristic tech solutions before they hit the mainstream market.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor senior engineers and architects, conducting code reviews and architectural audits to ensure best practices and security compliance.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Translate complex technical concepts into clear strategies for executive leadership and cross-functional teams.
- System Optimization: Continuously assess and optimize existing infrastructure to enhance performance, reliability, and cost-efficiency.
Qualifications
- Proven Experience: 8+ years of experience in Software Engineering, Systems Architecture, or Technical Product Management, with at least 3 years in a leadership capacity.
- Technical Mastery: Deep expertise in Python, Go, or Java, with a strong understanding of cloud-native architectures (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Futuristic Fluency: Demonstrated knowledge of AI/ML frameworks, Blockchain protocols, or Web3 technologies is a significant plus.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to solve complex technical problems with innovative, scalable solutions.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of articulating technical strategies to non-technical stakeholders.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
