Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmapping: Define and execute a comprehensive technology strategy specifically aligned with 2026 trends, including AI integration and predictive analytics.
- System Architecture: Design robust, scalable system architectures that support high-volume data processing and machine learning models.
- Team Leadership: Mentor senior engineers and architects, fostering a culture of innovation, technical excellence, and continuous learning.
- R&D Leadership: Lead Proof of Concepts (PoCs) for emerging technologies, ensuring feasibility and market viability.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate complex technical visions to non-technical stakeholders and drive cross-functional collaboration.
- Compliance & Ethics: Ensure all future-tech implementations adhere to global data privacy regulations and ethical AI standards.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of software engineering or architecture experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Technical Mastery: Deep expertise in Python, Cloud Architecture (AWS/Azure), and Machine Learning frameworks.
- Strategic Vision: Demonstrated ability to anticipate industry shifts and translate them into technical roadmaps.
- Problem Solving: Proven track record of solving complex, large-scale technical challenges.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence and inspire teams.
