Responsibilities
- Strategic Vision: Define the technical roadmap and architectural standards for the company’s 2026 initiatives.
- Tech Evaluation: Research, prototype, and evaluate emerging technologies (AI, Blockchain, Edge Computing) to determine feasibility and integration potential.
- System Design: Design scalable, high-performance systems that support rapid business growth while maintaining strict security protocols.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a team of senior engineers and developers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable insights for executive leadership and non-technical stakeholders.
- Compliance: Ensure all architectural decisions adhere to regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in cloud architectures (AWS, Azure, GCP), microservices, and containerization (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Innovation: Proven track record of implementing futuristic technologies and driving digital transformation.
