Responsibilities
- Architect and implement scalable software solutions designed for the technological landscape of 2026.
- Lead the research and development of next-gen AI models and neural network frameworks.
- Mentor and guide junior engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Collaborate with product managers to translate futuristic concepts into actionable technical specifications.
- Ensure system security, integrity, and compliance with emerging global standards.
- Optimize existing codebases for high-performance computing environments.
- Define the long-term technical vision and strategic roadmap for the engineering department.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in a senior or lead architectural role.
- Expert knowledge of Python, Rust, and modern JavaScript/TypeScript frameworks.
- Deep understanding of machine learning, neural networks, and distributed systems.
- Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate ambiguity in emerging tech stacks.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of presenting complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and CI/CD pipelines.
