Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural vision and strategic roadmap for 2026 technology initiatives, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Design and implement scalable, resilient microservices and cloud-native architectures using AWS and Kubernetes.
- Integrate and optimize emerging technologies, including Generative AI and Agentic workflows, into core product ecosystems.
- Conduct technical feasibility studies and proof-of-concepts for disruptive technologies.
- Establish best practices for code quality, security, and performance across the engineering organization.
- Collaborate with product managers and designers to translate complex requirements into robust technical solutions.
- Mentor senior engineers and provide technical leadership during critical project phases.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, system design, or engineering leadership roles.
- Proven experience leading teams through major digital transformations and technical overhauls.
- Deep expertise in cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Strong background in AI/ML integration, data pipelines, and high-scale distributed systems.
