Responsibilities
- Lead the 2026 Vision Roadmap: Define and execute the long-term technical strategy for AI integration and future tech adoption across the enterprise.
- Architect Scalable Systems: Design robust, cloud-native architectures capable of supporting the demands of next-generation data processing and machine learning workloads.
- Emerging Technology Evaluation: Research, prototype, and validate cutting-edge technologies (e.g., Neuromorphic Computing, Advanced Edge AI) to determine viability for production use.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with product, engineering, and executive teams to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies.
- Security & Compliance: Ensure all future tech implementations adhere to rigorous security standards and regulatory compliance requirements.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; PhD preferred.
- Experience: 8+ years of progressive experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years in a leadership or strategic planning capacity.
- Technical Expertise: Deep knowledge of Python, Go, or Rust, and familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- AI/ML Proficiency: Hands-on experience with Large Language Models (LLMs), computer vision, or predictive analytics.
- Strategic Mindset: Ability to forecast industry trends and align technical roadmaps with business objectives.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical ideas to non-technical stakeholders.
