Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design and implementation of scalable systems for 2026-ready technologies.
- Research, prototype, and evaluate emerging tech stacks including AI, Machine Learning, and Quantum algorithms.
- Define technical roadmaps and best practices for future infrastructure development.
- Collaborate with cross-functional R&D teams to translate complex concepts into deployable code.
- Ensure system resilience, security, and high performance in distributed environments.
- Mentor senior engineers and foster a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Oversee the integration of next-gen hardware and software interfaces.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture and systems design.
- Advanced proficiency in Python, Rust, or Go with experience in AI/ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch).
- Deep understanding of Quantum Computing principles and post-quantum cryptography.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- Proven track record of leading large-scale technical projects from conception to deployment.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to communicate complex technical strategies to stakeholders.
- Familiarity with cloud-native architectures (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and edge computing.
