Responsibilities
- Lead Strategic Architecture: Define and oversee the technical roadmap for the 2026 product suite, ensuring scalability, security, and performance.
- AI Integration: Spearhead the integration of generative AI models into core business workflows to drive efficiency and innovation.
- System Design: Design robust, fault-tolerant architectures capable of handling high-velocity data streams and complex computations.
- Talent Development: Mentor and cultivate a high-performance engineering team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
- R&D Leadership: Evaluate emerging technologies (Quantum Computing, Neuromorphic Engineering) and prototype their application within our ecosystem.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership or architectural role.
- Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of distributed systems, cloud platforms (AWS/Azure), and containerization (Kubernetes/Docker).
- AI Proficiency: Proven experience with large language models (LLMs), machine learning pipelines, and neural network architecture.
- Strategic Vision: Exceptional ability to translate business goals into technical strategies and roadmaps.
