Responsibilities
- Architect Next-Gen Systems: Design and oversee the implementation of scalable, high-performance systems that align with our 2026 strategic vision.
- AI Integration Strategy: Lead the integration of Generative AI and predictive modeling into core business processes to enhance efficiency.
- Roadmap Planning: Define technical roadmaps for the future, identifying emerging technologies (e.g., quantum-ready architectures) and assessing their viability.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to translate business goals into technical requirements.
- Technical Mentorship: Guide and mentor a team of senior engineers and architects, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
- Security & Compliance: Ensure all future-facing architectures adhere to the highest standards of cybersecurity and data privacy regulations.
- Pilot Programs: Research and deploy experimental technologies (Web3, advanced robotics interfaces) to test market viability.
Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years in a leadership or architectural role.
- Technical Mastery: Deep expertise in Python, Go, or Rust, with a strong understanding of cloud-native architectures (Kubernetes, AWS/Azure).
- AI/ML Proficiency: Strong background in Machine Learning pipelines and Large Language Model (LLM) integration.
- Strategic Vision: Proven track record of anticipating industry trends and translating them into actionable technical strategies.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to solve complex, ambiguous problems with innovative, scalable solutions.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of articulating technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (Master’s preferred).
