- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with C-suite executives and department heads to align operational goals with broader business objectives.
- Process Optimization: Design and implement agile operational frameworks that reduce bottlenecks and enhance scalability.
- Change Management: Lead organizational change initiatives, ensuring adoption of new strategies across all levels of the company.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Act as the primary liaison for internal and external stakeholders, communicating complex operational insights clearly.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of progressive experience in operations management, strategic planning, or business development, with at least 3 years in a leadership capacity.
- Strategic Mindset: Proven ability to forecast industry trends and translate them into actionable operational strategies.
- Technical Proficiency: Deep understanding of digital transformation tools, data-driven decision-making, and modern project management methodologies (Agile/Scrum).
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence and persuade diverse audiences.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Leadership: Demonstrated success in mentoring teams and fostering a culture of innovation and accountability.
