Responsibilities
- Architect & Build: Design and implement scalable, high-performance web applications using modern JavaScript frameworks and microservices architecture.
- Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code. Lead code reviews to ensure best practices and technical standards across the team.
- System Optimization: Analyze application performance bottlenecks and implement solutions to improve speed, responsiveness, and SEO rankings.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, designers, and backend teams to translate requirements into technical specifications.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor junior developers, conduct technical interviews, and contribute to the engineering roadmap.
- DevOps Integration: Work closely with DevOps to ensure CI/CD pipelines are efficient and deployments are seamless.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of professional software development experience, with a focus on frontend and backend technologies.
- Core Skills: Proficiency in React.js, Next.js, TypeScript, and Node.js.
- Databases: Strong experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL solutions (MongoDB).
- Cloud & DevOps: Familiarity with AWS or Azure, containerization (Docker), and orchestration (Kubernetes).
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills with the ability to debug complex issues and optimize system architecture.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
