Responsibilities
- Lead Architecture: Design and implement scalable, high-performance full-stack architectures that support rapid growth and complex business logic.
- Frontend Mastery: Spearhead the development of responsive, accessible, and visually stunning user interfaces using modern frameworks like React and TypeScript.
- Backend Innovation: Build robust RESTful and GraphQL APIs, ensuring data integrity and optimal query performance.
- System Optimization: Continuously monitor application performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement optimizations to ensure a seamless user experience.
- Code Quality & Mentorship: Conduct rigorous code reviews and mentor junior developers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and best practices.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications and deliver solutions on time.
- Security & Compliance: Implement and maintain security best practices to protect user data and ensure regulatory compliance.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack software development.
- Frontend Skills: Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), React, and modern CSS frameworks.
- Backend Skills: Strong experience with Node.js, Python, or Go, and relational databases (PostgreSQL/MySQL).
- Cloud & DevOps: Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS or GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Tools: Experience with version control (Git), CI/CD pipelines, and agile methodologies.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
- Problem Solving: Ability to deconstruct complex problems and design elegant, scalable solutions.
