Responsibilities
- Develop & Maintain: Design, code, and test high-quality web applications using modern frameworks.
- System Optimization: Improve application performance, scalability, and security during weekend sprints.
- Collaboration: Work closely with product managers and QA teams to ensure weekend deliverables meet our high standards.
- Code Review: Conduct thorough code reviews and provide constructive feedback to junior developers.
- Debugging: Troubleshoot complex technical issues and resolve them with minimal downtime.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in Full Stack development.
- Stack: Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), React, Node.js, and SQL databases.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekend shifts (e.g., Friday–Monday or Saturday–Sunday) on a consistent basis.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
