You will be the technical authority on the weekend shift, mentoring junior talent and architecting scalable solutions that power our business growth.
Responsibilities
- Architect and implement high-performance web applications using React and Node.js.
- Lead complex code reviews and enforce rigorous software quality standards.
- Debug and resolve critical production issues with minimal downtime.
- Optimize database queries and improve application latency.
- Collaborate with product managers to define technical requirements and roadmaps.
- Mentor junior developers and conduct technical training sessions.
Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in Full Stack Development.
- Expert proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, React, and Node.js.
- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and GraphQL.
- Deep knowledge of SQL databases (PostgreSQL) and cloud services (AWS).
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
