Responsibilities
- Architect and implement scalable, high-performance frontend solutions for complex web applications.
- Lead code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and architectural standards.
- Optimize application performance and troubleshoot critical issues during peak weekend traffic.
- Collaborate with backend teams to design RESTful APIs and integrate third-party services.
- Conduct rigorous testing (Unit, Integration, E2E) to guarantee zero downtime.
- Mentor junior developers and conduct technical workshops within the weekend cohort.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in Frontend Development using React, Angular, or Vue.js.
- Strong proficiency in TypeScript, HTML5, and modern CSS (Sass/Tailwind).
- Deep understanding of state management (Redux, MobX) and component libraries.
- Proven track record of working in a fast-paced, agile environment with strict deadlines.
- Reliable availability to work Thursday through Sunday shifts.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent technical experience.
