Responsibilities
- Architect and maintain scalable, high-performance front-end applications using modern web technologies (React, Next.js, TypeScript).
- Collaborate with UX/UI designers to implement pixel-perfect, responsive interfaces that adhere to WCAG accessibility standards.
- Optimize application performance, ensuring fast load times and seamless interactions across devices and networks.
- Conduct code reviews, write unit tests, and contribute to the technical debt reduction strategy.
- Participate in agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives, to drive project momentum.
- Mentor junior developers and foster a culture of knowledge sharing within the engineering team.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in front-end development, with a strong focus on JavaScript/TypeScript.
- Expert proficiency in React.js, including hooks, context, and state management libraries (Redux, Zustand).
- Deep understanding of modern CSS (SCSS, Tailwind CSS) and layout principles (Flexbox, Grid).
- Experience with build tools (Webpack, Vite) and CI/CD pipelines.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to debug complex issues in a distributed environment.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
