- Define the 2026 Technology Vision: Lead the creation and execution of a comprehensive technology roadmap aligned with business objectives, focusing on AI integration, cloud migration, and cybersecurity.
- Strategic Planning: Analyze market trends and emerging technologies to identify opportunities for innovation and competitive advantage leading up to 2026.
- Team Leadership & Mentorship: Recruit, develop, and retain top-tier technical talent, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous learning.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product, sales, and executive leadership to translate complex technical requirements into actionable business strategies.
- Project Management: Oversee the end-to-life cycle of major tech initiatives, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and quality assurance.
- Resource Optimization: Manage the technical budget and infrastructure resources to maximize efficiency and scalability.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering, IT management, or strategic technology planning, with at least 5 years in a leadership or director-level capacity.
- Strategic Mindset: Proven ability to define long-term technology strategies that drive business growth and operational efficiency.
- Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of cloud architecture (AWS/Azure/GCP), AI/ML trends, and cybersecurity protocols.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and executives.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills with a focus on solving high-level architectural and strategic challenges.
