Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Vision: Lead the creation and execution of the 2026 Technology Roadmap, identifying key trends in AI, quantum computing, and next-gen interfaces.
- Strategic Leadership: Mentor senior engineering leadership and foster a culture of innovation, creativity, and high performance.
- Resource Allocation: Oversee budget planning and resource distribution to ensure the successful delivery of 2026 milestones.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate complex technical strategies to the C-suite and board members to secure buy-in for long-term initiatives.
- R&D Integration: Collaborate with external research partners to pilot emerging technologies before they enter mass production.

Qualifications
