- Define the 2026 Vision: Lead the strategic planning and execution of the company's long-term technology roadmap, focusing on emerging trends like Generative AI, Spatial Computing, and Quantum readiness.
- R&D Leadership: Oversee experimental research initiatives and pilot programs to validate new technologies before full-scale deployment.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate complex technical strategies to executive leadership and non-technical stakeholders to drive buy-in and alignment.
- Team Architecture: Build, mentor, and scale a high-performing team of engineers, data scientists, and strategists.
- Partnerships: Identify and cultivate partnerships with key technology vendors and academic institutions to foster innovation.
- Risk Mitigation: Assess the technical and financial risks associated with emerging technologies and develop mitigation strategies.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 10+ years of progressive experience in technology leadership, with at least 5 years in a strategic planning or C-level capacity.
- Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of AI/ML architectures, cloud infrastructure, and emerging digital transformation trends.
- Strategic Mindset: Proven track record of translating business goals into actionable technical roadmaps with measurable outcomes.
