Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Technology Roadmap: Lead the strategic vision for emerging technologies, specifically focusing on AI evolution, Quantum Computing, and Generative Media, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Drive R&D Initiatives: Oversee the research and development of proprietary technologies aimed at gaining a competitive edge by 2026.
- Lead Cross-Functional Teams: Manage and mentor a diverse team of engineers, data scientists, and product strategists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Stakeholder Management: Translate complex technical strategies into compelling business cases for the C-Suite and board members to secure investment and support.
- Market Analysis: Conduct deep-dive analysis of the global tech landscape to identify early signals of disruption and emerging market opportunities.
- Vendor & Partnership Strategy: Establish strategic partnerships with key technology vendors and research institutions to secure early access to breakthrough innovations.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related technical field; PhD preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 10+ years of experience in senior leadership roles within the technology sector, specifically in AI, SaaS, or Future Tech.
- Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of the technology landscape leading up to 2026, including Generative AI, Autonomous Systems, and Edge Computing.
- Leadership: Proven track record of successfully delivering complex technical strategies and managing large-scale engineering teams.
- Communication: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate technical jargon into business value for non-technical stakeholders.
- Adaptability: Experience in navigating ambiguity and driving innovation in a fast-paced, startup-like environment.
